1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing bacarrat at bacarrat.vu and creating an account, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and bacarrat.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not register an account or use the platform. Continued use of bacarrat after any update to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.

These Terms and Conditions should be read alongside the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming guidelines, both of which form part of your overall agreement with bacarrat.

2 Eligibility

To register and use bacarrat, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be a natural person – corporate entities and automated accounts are not permitted.

3 Account Registration and Security

Each individual may hold only one active bacarrat account. Opening multiple accounts – whether under the same or different personal details – is a violation of these terms. Duplicate accounts are subject to closure and forfeiture of associated balances.

When registering, you must provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date personal information. You are responsible for keeping your account details current. bacarrat may require identity verification (KYC) at registration or prior to processing withdrawals.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account credentials. You must not share your login details with any other person. Any activity conducted through your account while your credentials are in use will be treated as having been carried out by you.

4 Deposits

All deposits on bacarrat are processed in Philippine Peso (₱). bacarrat supports local bank transfer and eligible Philippine e-wallets as deposit methods. Credit cards and cryptocurrency are not accepted for deposits.

You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Depositing on behalf of another person or using payment methods you are not authorised to use is prohibited and may result in account suspension.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits may apply depending on the payment method selected. These limits are displayed during the deposit process. bacarrat reserves the right to adjust deposit limits at its discretion with appropriate notice.

bacarrat is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or financial institutions. Processing times vary by payment method.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit where possible. All withdrawals are paid out in Philippine Peso. Before a withdrawal can be processed, your account must have completed the required identity verification steps.

bacarrat reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal. This may include requesting government-issued identification and proof of payment method ownership.

• Bonus funds may not be withdrawn until applicable wagering requirements have been completed.
• Withdrawal requests that trigger fraud or anti-money laundering checks may be held pending investigation.
• bacarrat reserves the right to decline withdrawals if it suspects abuse of promotions or violation of these terms.

Processing times for withdrawals vary by payment method. bacarrat aims to process approved withdrawal requests within the timeframe displayed at the time of the request.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets placed on bacarrat are subject to the specific rules of the game or betting market in question. By placing a bet, you acknowledge that you understand the rules applicable to that bet type.

bacarrat reserves the right to void bets in the following circumstances:

• A technical error occurred that affected the outcome or settlement of the bet.
• Odds or game conditions were displayed incorrectly due to a system error.
• The bet was placed in violation of these Terms and Conditions.
• The relevant sporting event was cancelled, abandoned, or significantly altered.

In-play and live betting markets may be suspended or closed at any time. Bets placed before a suspension is applied are valid; bets placed after are not. Results are final once settled and confirmed by bacarrat.

For sports betting, outcomes are determined based on the official result of the relevant governing body at the time of settlement. bacarrat's decision on the settlement of any bet is final.

7 Promotions and Bonuses

All promotional offers available on bacarrat are subject to their own individual terms and conditions, which are displayed when each offer is active. General principles that apply across all promotions include:

• Promotions are only available to registered bacarrat account holders who meet the eligibility criteria for each specific offer.
• One promotion per player per household applies unless otherwise stated in the offer terms.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable real money balance.
• bacarrat reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time.
• Attempting to exploit or abuse promotional offers – including using multiple accounts or manipulated betting patterns – will result in immediate account action and forfeiture of bonus funds.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on bacarrat and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account.
• Providing false or misleading personal information during registration or verification.
• Using bots, automated tools, or software to interact with the platform.
• Manipulating game outcomes through collusion, exploitation of technical errors, or any other method.
• Using payment methods that do not belong to you.
• Engaging in any activity that bacarrat reasonably believes constitutes money laundering or fraud.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or interfere with any part of the bacarrat platform or its software.

9 Responsible Gaming

11 Account Suspension and Termination

bacarrat reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time and without prior notice if it determines that:

• A player has violated these Terms and Conditions.
• Account activity suggests fraudulent behaviour or money laundering.
• The account holder is found to be under 21 years of age.
• A player on a self-exclusion list has registered.
• The account has been inactive for an extended period in accordance with bacarrat's dormancy policy.

You may also close your account at any time by contacting bacarrat support. Any real money balance remaining in a closed account (excluding disputed or withheld funds) will be returned to your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe following verification.

12 Changes to These Terms

bacarrat may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When material changes are made, registered players will be notified through the platform or via their registered email address. The revised terms will show the updated date at the top of this page.

Continuing to use bacarrat after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you should close your account before the changes take effect.
